The end of a busy year

Last Saturday at Inlet Square Mall Holiday Market, I participated in my last show of 2019. I have been weaving pine needle baskets now for a little over 2 1/2 years (intro into this craft was in May, 2017), and I just completed basket/ornament #605!! It's hard to believe I've made that many already.

I'm taking a little breather through the holidays, and then gearing up for 2020 shows. The next one on my calendar is in February (waiting for the exact date and times before adding to my calendar), at the Base Recreation Center at Market Common, to benefit the local food bank. I've done this show before and it is CRAZY with tons of vendors in several rooms. Last year I was in a VERY SMALL room with four other vendors...we got very friendly by day's end!! There are new coordinators for 2020, and they promise that they'll make better use of the spaces provided and give us a little more room to spread out.

For now, I want to wish you all a Happy and Healthy 2020. Thank you all for your support throughout the year.
